Mission

This is full remote position based in France or Spain.

If so, we want you to join our newly shaped SDR team as a Sales Development Representative.

2023 is the year we’re bringing an innovative approach to the Bonita platforms. Bonitasoft is reaching an exciting milestone, and we need you – YES YOU – to make some noise about the changes in our BPM solution.

As a SDR, you will play a critical role in driving our business forward by identifying and qualifying potential customers, building relationships, and setting up sales appointments for our Account Managers.

You’ll be the first point of contact with prospects in creating a positive first impression and help us encourage BPM adoption within businesses.

Your day-to-day

You’ll be given full autonomy to help consolidate and grow our SDR activity :

  • Set up meetings between prospects and sales executives

  • Represent the company’s products and services, using comprehensive knowledge as well as consumer research to explain how our solutions meet customer needs

  • Generate leads and build relationships by nurturing warm prospects and finding potential new sales opportunities

  • Manage and maintain a pipeline of interested prospects and engage sales executives in next steps

  • Identify best practices for refining the company’s lead-generation playbook

  • Utilize Salesforce, cold calls, events and email to generate new sales opportunities

  • Engage with our prospects following events, webinars, inquiries and other channels

  • Proactively seek new business opportunities via business intelligence tools

  • Identify the needs of prospects, and suggest appropriate products or services

  • Report to marketing manager with weekly, monthly, and quarterly results

Profile

  • You’re organized and are able to manage your time effectively to keep track and follow-up on leads.

  • You’re a super positive person who can overcome rejection and stay motivated.

Must-have languages and qualifications

  • You’re a native Spanish speaker and fluent in French. Comfortable in English would be a strong bonus.

  • You have proven SDR experience for a SaaS company with a track record of achieving sales quotas.

  • Proficiency with Salesforce or other CRM software
