LOCATION & OFFICES

We are a full remote organization with colleagues based in France, Spain and Canada. Our main office is located in Grenoble (France) and if you prefer to work in an office and live near Grenoble, full time in-office is an option too.

Mission

As an expert of customer’s loyalty programs, you will be responsible for our Campaign programs and acquisition campaigns. You will own our marketing tech stacks and enable insights on client engagements.

You are responsible for developing and deploying integrated marketing campaigns, including crafting strategy, aligning internal teams, developing audience segments, building email nurtures, owning top funnel events, and measuring results.

You will work closely with Carolina, our Inbound Specialist, and report to Aurélie, our VP of Marketing.

Your day-to-day

  • Execute, monitor and measure of marketing campaigns and their success

  • Collaborate with marketing team to build prescriptive persona-based buyer journeys as the foundation for campaign strategy

  • Work with marketers across our team and in our company to ensure proper messaging, timing, and execution of multi-channel campaigns

  • Align with SDRs on results of top funnel campaigns, gain anecdotal feedback, and generate ideas for campaign optimizations

  • Maintain our nurturing workflows to engage and convert prospects and customers across the buyer journey

  • Write and design our email content using Pardot 

  • Manage our newsletter strategy

  • Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results

  • Organize trade shows, exhibitions and promotional events including writing and proofreading marketing copy, as well as recruiting designers, animators and printers

Profile

  • Confirmed experience implementing campaigns with Pardot 

  • Be a critical thinker with strong problem-solving skills.

  • Exceptional project management and communications skills are essential.

  • Have proven experience of managing B2B campaigns for IT targets

  • Proven ability to successfully manage multiple campaigns running at the same time.

  • French and English – at least one as mother tongue, with strong capabilities in the other 

  • Knowledge of Canva and Pitchy is a plus
